If you are providing the customer with what they want, then you are going to have longer call times. You are going to have better ratings, and a higher number of regular callers. This all results to 1 thing … MORE MONEY BABY!

The longer the caller is on the phone, the more money you make so learn simple yet effective ways to MILK YOUR CALL! Start milking from the very first second the call begins. Below is two examples on beginning the phone call. An example of what not to do, and then an example of what you should do.. Keep in mind each small thing that you do to add another few seconds to your call, will quickly add up.
